The reason I can do this is because when you find the property that's right for you (and you find it through my guidance and steering) the seller of the property will pay me a commission for introducing you....
Selling and returning to the UK Climate not helping.. do you think it's a bad time to sell? rememember the rate when you bought?
EXAMPLE. bought at 240,000 euros at a rate of 1.5 ( example cost of buying euros 6 years ago) equates to 160,000 sterling so if you sell now at 240,000 euros you could get over 201, 000 sterling back at the current rate of 1.19 so maybe you could sell after all, so check the rate before you think you are making such a loss!
